Mtalkz Mobility Services - Executive - Inbound Sales (3-5 yrs)
- We are looking for a passionate individual for the role of Inbound Sales Executive at our Noida Office.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Answer customer calls professionally, handling queries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Actively sell company's product and services to the customers who call.
- Provide customers with the product and service information.
- Make the customer interested in the product by explaining the product's benefits.
- Conducting the demo set up for the different products.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the manager.
- Complete call logs and call reports as necessary and update them in a timely manner.
- Route calls to appropriate resources, whenever required.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in BBA or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and CRM software.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
