Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role for Banking Partnerships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with banks and insurance partners and promoting our suite of financial products to their merchants and outlets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the sales team's performance and developing strategies to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities :
- Liaising with the bank and coordinating with internal teams on a daily basis for smooth operational execution
- Managing the relationship from inception till execution and adding value in terms of customizing the product as per partner's requirement.
- Managing existing portfolio of banking partners
- Adding value to increase the base and offerings for the current partners.
Requirements :
- Experience in business development and sales in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans to meet targets
- Knowledge of banking and financial products and services
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the merchant acquiring industry is a plus
