We are looking for a customer service representative who could solve the merchant queries. Below mentioned are the pre-requisites:
Male Candidates
- Shift timings - Rotational and this includes night shift as well. Shift details mentioned below:
- (8 AM to 5 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, 11 PM to 8 AM).
- Formals Compulsory (Casuals allowed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- Rotational week-offs
Female Candidates
- Shift timings - Rotational - NO NIGHT SHIFTS.
- Shift details mentioned below:
- (8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM, 11 AM to 8 PM)
- Formals Compulsory (Casuals allowed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- Rotational week-offs
Other pre-requisites on the profiles:
- Good communication skills.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Must be formally dressed while coming for the interview.
- Should be flexible as well as pro-active and must adopt to changes.
- Preferred to have 1 year call-center experience
PI round will be with questions based on
- proactive approach
- Clear spoken skills
- Basic mathematical solutions
- Clear understanding of approached questions.
- Interpretation skill
