Roles & Responsibiities :
- Daily 10 visit to Merchant location and built a healthy rapo.
- Keep Merchant engaged by providing regular update and solving their concern within 24 hours.
- In Benefit of company variable document collection and delivery of customer satisfaction.
- Keep Track of Allotted Merchant transaction graph and ensure to act on Transaction Drop.
- Keep Track of Z Cat (High Value ) Merchant and assist them on highest priority.
Candidate's Profile:
- One regional Language with Hindi or English.
- Candidates should be flexible for work timings.
- Tech Savy with ability of Doing Calculation.
Preferably candidate having own vehicle will be preferred.
