MResult - Relationship Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Relationship Manager is to manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth, promoting and marketing our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

- Conduct regular meetings and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and drive revenue growth.

- Promote and market (campaign management) our products and services to clients

- Provide guidance and support to clients on product and service usage.

- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure customer needs are met.

- Prepare and maintain reports on customer activities and account status.

- Monitor industry trends and competitors, and provide feedback and insights to the management team.

Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial services/Banking industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to identify and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant technologies.
