We are seeking a Social Media Expert to oversee and implement our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and measuring the effectiveness of social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website

- Create and manage content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to increasing engagement and conversion rates

- Analyze and report on social media campaign results to continually improve performance

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop social media campaigns aligned with business objectives

- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging

- Manage social media budget and monitor ad spend to ensure cost-effective campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms, advertising policies, and best practices to maximize ROI

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
