- The role as a Business Development Manager would be to grow the sales verticals and cultivate business from existing key accounts in the New South Wales, Australia market from commercial and residential builders, developers, landscapers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and home owners.

- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Products / Solutions sale.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- An astute decision maker and problem solver.

- Good understanding of Supply chain and operations.

- Successful history of generating new business, target and revenue driven.

- Experience of working with Australian Customers an advantage.

- A strong ethical compass.

- Ability to listen to reason, evaluate and articulate best in class solutions without compromising on integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to drive sales and revenue generation by heading the team and building strong relationship with the Australian customers by meeting their requirements.

- Creating the business development plans for identified opportunities and ensure that these plans are in line with Stone Depot's strategic direction.

- Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities and to focus on the acquisition of new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and prospects.

- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to define the marketing strategies.

- Deliver regular and consistent revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics.

- Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Managing Director, including risk and opportunity analysis.

- Maintain accurate, timely data in HubSpot relating to all sales activities. Manage own performance and take responsibility for self-development in line with personal and Company objectives.

- Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing high value projects.

- Coordination with operations and supply chain teams for the execution of product delivery and demand.

- Solid understanding of complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing, persistence to not only identify, but also close the business.
