Mount Wilder - Manager - Social Media & Customer Champion (1-3 yrs)

This is a critical position for the short & long term success of Zen Source and Mount Wilder, we request you to recognise this upfront.

We all need cool looking merchandise, they need it often, and they are sick and tired of the inefficient sourcing options.

We need the incumbent to be :

- Passionate about customers - You need to be driven by the customer, for us as an early stage startup, every sales interaction is not only a revenue driver but also a great opportunity to fine tune our offerings. We want to be able to ride on our strengths and scale as we go. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound queries.

- Excellent at written and verbal communication - There's no shying away from calling and meeting people and striking a chord at the very outset. Your role will require communicating clearly over emails and mass-customized emailers. We want you to position our offerings in the good light they deserve to be seen in, be a patient listener and pass on the conversation if need be to the sales or operations team.

- Good at social media- You will need to maintain and engage our prospective customers and fans via two social media accounts with very distinct personalities.

- A problem solver - Joining a young startup is synonymous with coming up with solutions on the fly. You must be adept at managing stakeholders, influencers, customers, brand collaborations and come up with solutions to problems none of us could foresee. 

Education and Experience Requirements : 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- MBA preferred

- Two to three years of experience as social media manager/account manager/content lead.

- A flair for fashion and trends

- An inherent liking of social media platforms and a power user - exploiting new functionality or platforms for brand's benefit

Social Media & Customer Champion Job Responsibilities :

- Manage social media accounts of Zen-source and Mount Wilder.

- Manage ads, PPC campaigns and email outreach to enhance brand visibility and drive RoI focused performance marketing.

- Ensure the websites are updated and are in-sync with product launches and promotional activities

- Monitoring costs, competition, and forecast surges in supply & demand.

- Manage sales via other platforms

- Manage influencer campaigns

- Champion customer engagement
