Motilal Oswal - Performance Specialist (1-3 yrs)

- Plan, Execute, and Measure Campaigns

1. Drive customer acquisition across mobile and web through Digital Marketing channels with a special focus on Tier I, Tier-II cities

2. Optimize existing and identify new efficient channels for paid digital campaigns

3. Ability to understand USP's of products and services and distill them into actionable in terms of campaign copy and creatives

4. Hands-on experience with running optimization tests for campaigns

5. Devise campaigns to drive high intent traffic to the mobile app store by running short term & long term campaigns

6. Proactively identify changes in market demand and modify plans for expansion of market share

7. Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Tech, Content, and Design Team) as well as external agency partners for launching campaigns

8. Interact with the Operation team for gathering customer insights and optimizing campaigns

Understanding of MarTech stack (nice to have)

- Attribution tools - Branch, Singular, Appsflyer

- Analytics tools - Firebase Console, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console

- Ad platforms - Google Ads, Twitter Ad, Facebook business manager

- CRM - Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot

Qualification:

- 2-3 years of experience in managing performance campaigns

- 'Customer-first', 'Team-second', 'Self-last'

- Proven expertise in performance and growth marketing across channels

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools to plan, execute and measure marketing activities

- Strong communication, people, and stakeholder management skills

- Numbers, as well as intuition-driven; ability to analyse data and revise strategies accordingly

- Strong project management skills with an ability to plan and deliver on deadlines

- High on the bias for action and empathy, low on pre-conceived notions and ego

- Ability to forge strong partnerships within the org as well as outside of it to drive the overall marketing agenda
