Started in May 2022, Little Joys helps parents to reduce the anxiety around physical and mental development of their kids.
About the role :
- The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in content creation and an understanding about the pulse of digital. An original thinker who's hands-on with trends, memes and other relatable content.
Responsibilities :
- Come up with interesting ideas that help build a community and reinforce the brand's presence
- Create monthly social media calendars and leverage topical days to garner engagement & boost follower growth
- Ideate & execute reels in house and on-site month-to-month
- Monitor ORM & social listening for the brand ensuring that there's no negative publicity
- Coordinate with the design team and plan all assets in advance
