About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to take ownership of organic growth strategies for our portfolio of e-commerce brands. This senior-level position demands a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to execute full-funnel SEO campaigns, from discovery to conversion. You will implement advanced optimization techniques, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize state-of-the-art tools to drive sustainable traffic and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced SEO Strategy Development:
- Craft and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with the goals of our parent company, focusing on traffic growth, user engagement, and conversions.
- Implement full-funnel SEO approaches, integrating top-of-funnel discovery (informational content, blog optimization) with bottom-of-funnel intent (product page and landing page SEO).
2. On-Page and Technical SEO Optimization:
- Optimize metadata, internal linking structures, and content hierarchies to enhance crawlability and indexing.
- Perform technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, and Sitebulb to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors, slow-loading pages, and schema markup opportunities.
3. Content Collaboration and Blog Strategy:
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions that target high-value keywords and align with user intent.
- Utilize Content Optimization Tools like Surfer SEO, Frase, and Clearscope to ensure content ranks and converts effectively.
4. Off-Page SEO and Link-Building:
- Develop and manage a scalable, white-hat link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and search visibility.
- Monitor backlink health using Ahrefs, Majestic, and SEMrush, ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines.
5. Advanced Performance Tracking and Analytics:
- Set up and track KPIs such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and keyword rankings using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Data Studio dashboards.
- Conduct advanced competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in SERPs, leveraging tools like SEMrush and SpyFu.
- Perform multi-channel attribution analysis to measure SEO's contribution to overall marketing performance.
6. Retargeting and Conversion Optimization:
- Collaborate with paid search teams to implement retargeting strategies that drive organic visitors back to high-converting pages.
- Use Heatmap and Behavioral Analytics Tools like Hotjar and Crazy Egg to optimize user experience and conversion paths.
7. Stay Ahead of Trends:
- Keep updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in SEO strategies.
- Experiment with AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance optimization efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of SEO experience, with a proven track record in driving growth for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale SEO campaigns and complex websites.
- Technical Expertise:
- Mastery of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Surfer SEO, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Data-Driven Mindset:
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with multi-channel attribution and how SEO fits into the broader marketing funnel.
- Full-Funnel SEO Thinking:
- Ability to integrate content marketing, retargeting strategies, and technical SEO into a cohesive growth plan.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: - 5,50,000 - 9,00,000 per year (depending on experience).
