MoreYeahs - Product Service & Customer Service Role (1-4 yrs)
Job Description:
- 0 to 4 years experience in Product sales or customer service role.
- Product sales experience is a must, HRMS will be a bonus point
- Understanding/experience with Sales Lifecycle.
- Proven presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strategic prospecting skills -- Social selling, Email marketing, Quality content creation
- Closing techniques
- Committed and energetic personality with doer-mentality and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understand what margins are needed to achieve budget, and take corrective action when needed to ensure marketing objectives support the achievement of designated budgets
- Technical Understanding of the product
- Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts
- Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems in an environment of complexity
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize/prioritize tasks independently
- Has the ability to deliver expert product demonstrations for all the supported solution set
- Negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic, conscientious, self-motivated
- Time management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization, meeting deadlines, follow-up, and attention to detail.
