Job Profile - Business development executive Trainee
- Experience - 0 to 3 months
Responsibilities :
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Organize and support proposal development meetings
- Conduct research to inform proposal development strategies and international development markets
- Provide support for data calls, information gathering and support proposal development activities
- Support business development knowledge management systems
- Track client solicitations and business forecasts to maintain an awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Requirements :
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to learn, understand, and concisely communicate pricing of products to customers and prospects;
- Dynamic personality and high energy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Emboldened by challenges
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
