moneyHOP - Regional Sales Manager - Forex Segment (5-8 yrs)
- Thorough understanding of the FOREX Regulations (like FEMA etc)
- Understanding of dynamics of the FX markets.
- Understanding of the various channels available in the business for approaching customers, and attendant revenue stream thereof.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales with exposure in Retail Foreign exchange.
- Experience in developing and leading a high-performance team to exceed targets
- Strategic thinking and insights-driven decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Strong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplined.
- Leads, adapts to and embraces constant change
- Fluent in written and spoken English & local language.
