Job Description :

- Researching the competitors' products and services on a regular basis.

- Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.

- Preparing and presenting sales reports to internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyzing the sales performance metrics.

- Working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing department to make creatives for brand awareness.

- Resolving customer's complaints and issues in a timely manner.

- Organizing promotional events and conferences.


- Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.

- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.

Requirements :

- Proven experience working in sales/ BD.

- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

- Sound knowledge of sales metrics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Prior understanding/exposure in the Forex industry will be an added advantage.
