Job Description and Desired Skills :

- Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers by chatting/ emailing/ calling the customers from our office.


- Must have excellent communication skills


- Must be bilingual. Must know English plus any one of the following: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu


- Must be comfortable with learning and using a telecalling solution such as auto-dialler


- Must have ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


Prerequisites :


Graduation in any stream of Education or Post-Graduation in any stream


Experience : 0 - 3 years


Nature of the job :


You will be given an opportunity to interact and resolve the queries of customers of the some of the best - fintech companies across the country.


1. Have impeccable communication.


2. Provide World Class Customer Service on phone, email, chat and social media


3. Handle inbound calls from clients.


4. Make outbound calls
