We are looking for candidate with strong experience in FMCG Sales, in the General Trade segment, handling distributors, generating sales revenue, ROI calculation and Team management.

Candidates with 4-7 years of sales experience, having managed Distributor & Super Stockist

FMCG Experience is Mandatory, open for candidates with Telecom Background also.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE / FUNCTIONAL CONTEXT : In Mondelez India we work together to create brands people love. You will contribute to this by generating demand at point of buying, deliver on Key Performance Areas like Volume Achievement, Process Adherence, Key Stakeholders & Team Management.


- Meeting Sales Targets

- To achieve volume & value sales of products across categories, geographies & Retail Environments.

- Ensuring Distribution & Visibility

- To ensure distribution across RLAs & Wholesalers & open new retail outlets & Wholesalers.

- To do coverage analysis and reach targeted Wholesalers & retailers as per goals.

- To ensure proper visibility of products across retails outlets & Wholesalers.

- Maintaining Commercial Hygiene

- To coordinate commercial activities, ensure timely collections, timely claim submission & maintaining ROI tracker.

RD Management :

- To align & drive the RD system towards targeted Goals & Objectives as aligned with the company.

- To ensure timely RD uploads on Meranet (Company software).

Team Building & Motivating :

- To manage and ensure the training and development of his team of Re- Distributor Salesmen, Merchandisers, Pilot Salesman & TSIs.

- To manage Re- Distributor Salesmen for efficient delivery & ensure regular up-gradation of Re- Distributor Salesmen.

- To work closely with & monitor the working of Purple Force.

- To ensure maximum incentive earnings for RDSM & Pilot team.

Depot & Stock Handling :

- To manage inventories, FIFO, stock levels & Inventory Health Index as per company norms

- To liaise with ASM & Commercial department to ensure timely feeds to the stockiest and take action in the event of damaged stock.

Others :

- To provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and awareness of the competitor's strengths and weaknesses.

- To participate in product launches and promotional activities.

- To maintain and leverage strong relationships with Retailers & Wholesalers.
