Brand Solution Manager (Client Servicing)

We are looking for self-driven managers aspiring to build a career in the dynamic social media industry.

At Momspresso, we are driven by our purpose of empowering women to express themselves and earn through our platform. 65000 Creators share blogs and vlogs in 10 different languages through the app, making us India's largest user-generated content platform for women, with 30 million of them visiting the site every month. The micro-influencer platform Momspresso MyMoney enables women to earn by participating in marketing campaigns from brands they use and love.

We are part of Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd, owners of the Mamaearth brand, which recently became a unicorn. They are backed by Sequoia, Fireside Ventures and Sofina.

Responsibilities :

- He/she is expected to own and service a given set of clients from digital servicing per se.

- Provide strategic inputs and thought leadership to clients on the current digital landscape,

key changes and plan optimization to maximize campaign performance. Will be responsible for managing the clients and delivering day to day requirements.

- Understanding of current digital ecosystem and key trends

- Strong project management and client servicing experience and passion is a must!

- Define campaign KPIs

- Continuous plan optimization to deliver maximum ROI

- Review campaign performance and reporting to clients

- Independently manages day to day work and timely deliveries

-Leads internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently

- Independently creates briefs, schedules and hours estimates for projects

- Creates action items for others and actively monitors their progress - weekly & month end reports

- Understands, clarifies and communicates client requests and changes to the internal teams

- Proactively offers recommendations to the client to help define or refine campaign objectives and requirements

- Provides business updates to their direct supervisor through regularly scheduled status meetings

Must Have :

- Minimum 2 - 3 years marketing experience, agency environment preferred

- Excellent written skills including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view

- Understands the functional areas within the agency and how to engage them

- Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
