We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to take complete charge of the Digital business for the given set of clients, and ensure adoption of Digital as a key marketing/advertising medium for the brand. One should be able to deploy strategies to drive ideas and manage day to day tasks on various digital marketing channels and the shifting ecosystem.

As a Brand Solution Manager you- ll be responsible for understanding the client's business goals and helping manage agency resources to ensure successful completion of client deliverables. Acting as a client services representative and project manager, you will be the agency driver that works to keep the operations moving along in order to provide best-in-class service and solutions to our client.

Responsibility :

- He/she is expected to own and service a given set of clients from digital servicing per se.

- Provide strategic inputs and thought leadership to clients on the current digital landscape, key changes and plan optimization to maximize campaign performance. Will be responsible for managing the clients and delivering day to day requirements.

- Understanding of current digital ecosystem and key trends

- Strong project management and client servicing experience and passion is a must!

- Define campaign KPIs

- Continuous plan optimization to deliver maximum ROI

- Review campaign performance and reporting to clients

- Independently manages day to day work and timely deliveries

- Leads internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently

- Independently creates briefs, schedules and hours estimates for projects

- Creates action items for others and actively monitors their progress - weekly & month end reports

- Understands, clarifies and communicates client requests and changes to the internal teams

- Proactively offers recommendations to the client to help define or refine campaign objectives and requirements

- Provides business updates to their direct supervisor through regularly scheduled status meetings

Must Have :

- Minimum 2 - 3 years marketing experience, agency environment preferred

- Excellent written skills including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view

- Understands the functional areas within the agency and how to engage them

- Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
