Job Role :

- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls (mostly outbound) in a timely manner

- Following call center - scripts- when handling different topics

- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

- Seize opportunities to build comfort with customers and hand-hold them in navigating through the course of their treatment, closing the sale of treatment

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

- Entering patient information into a CRM tool

- Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Frequently attend training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products (health, education, travel, insurance, etc.)

- Track record of over-achieving targets

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony systems and practices and data entry skills

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively and manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship

- Good sales skills and ability to work in high pressure environment

- Undergraduate degree

Fluency in English + Hindi or two regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is mandatory
