Mohindra Fasteners - AM/DM - Sales & Marketing (7-10 yrs)
Qualification :
- Diploma in Mech. Engg. / Graduate / M.B.A
Experience :
- Minimum experience of 7 - 10 years
- Knowledge of fasteners is desirable but not necessary
- Fasteners candidate will be preferred.
- Candidate having exposure to work with Indian OEM's and TIER - I will be preferable
Salary :
- As per Industry norms / Negotiable

Job description :
- Responsible to plan and execute all marketing plans that align with and ensure adherence to set goals for sales targets.
- Strategies for business forecasting, annual sales plan.
- Must be able to handle all customer related issues.
- Co-ordinate with planning/production/quality team to achieve the sales target.
- Outstanding communication, strong presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Open to work/operate late evenings from home to reply to customers.
- Ready to travel and undertake any challenges assigned
- Computer Knowledge is must
- Ready to undertake new developments whether in house or BOP and should work with vendors to make it happen
- Other duties as assigned time to time by the management.
