Role Objective : The incumbent would be expected to hunt and farm new customers, negotiate with current customers for better margins and credit terms.

3 key role related skills :

- Expertise in wires, cables & switchgears

- Good hold on Marathi language

- Good customer relationship management

Role Responsibilities :

- Account Management/Farming : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts

- Hunting : Responsible to penetrate market and source new business opportunities.

- Responsible to handle the existing accounts.

- Responsible to increase SOP

- Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+

- To ensure timely collections.

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships at every level of customer organization

Work Experience :

- Experience in wires, cables & switchgear sales

- Technical understanding of wires, cables & switchgear products

Education :

- Graduation from reputed institute (Engineering preferred)

- MBA from a reputed institute
