Role Details :


Team/ Function : Enterprise Marketing | Marketing

Location : Noida

Designation : Manager Marketing

Role Objective :

The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who own end to end brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation for business verticals serving enterprise customers. A high visibility role within the organization which shall enable the incumbent to drive large scale operations by implementing innovative technology solutions.

Role Responsibilities :

1. To plan and execute brand awareness & demand generation campaigns on digital platforms.


2. To plan and execute lead generation campaigns to generated MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).


3. To drive social media strategy for the business verticals in collaboration with social media manager.

4. To drive events strategy for the business verticals in collaboration with events manager.

5. To support sales enablement through market research, competitor analysis, collateral development, sales training, developing value proposition.

6. This role will own targets of campaign performance, MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) generation and conversion rate of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).

Qualification & Experience :

Work Experience :

4-8 years of relevant experience B2B Marketing.

Knowledge/ Skills :

- Great Project and Program Management skills.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing sector, supply chain, procurement

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.

- Should be able to work in an unstructured environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education :

- MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
