Senior Manager - Marcom/BTL (2-6 years)

We are creating the next Uber like business which will solve a big problem in India by means of cycles. The business is being created by a proven result oriented team. The startup is currently in Launch mode & is looking for a Logistics, supply chain and operations Manager who can bring in the fast pace in the growth of the business.

Role/ Designation: Marcom/BTL Senior Manager

Job Description: We are looking for the Marcom/BTL Senior Manager, who will help in facilitating BTL, Promotion activities and demonstration initiatives to provide insight into business growth.

The role requires to extensively utilizing marketing initiatives to attract customers by way of facilitating BTL, Promotion activities and demonstration initiatives to highlight product and brand story. The position is the role of a Marcom/BTL Senior Manager who would play a key role driving on ground activation of Company products and services in conjunction with the local sales teams.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

- Monthly GTM plan for consumers & activations

- Planning execution of BTL marketing activities nationally

- Develop plan and work closely with Business teams for execution of effective channel and product promotion strategy

- Develop process for execution and measurement of all BTL elements

- Manage BTL agencies to get best costs for collaterals in best timelines

- Developing effective marketing plan to judicially spend marketing budgets and deliver optimum results

- Spearheading BTL budget planning and allocation

- Timely ATL / BTL / promo execution

- Regular Tracking of Competitor Activity in Local markets/MIS

- Consumer in sighting

- Lead generation by executing local activation's / sales promotions in conjunction with the Sales Force

- Monitor and track the effectiveness of activities. Monitor and manage effective use of budgets allocated for activation & sales

- Responsible for smooth implementation of national marketing programs.

- Drive and manage visibility through signages and local media.

- Maintain Brand Compliance Standards

Qualifications and Technical Skills

- Post Graduate Degree in Business Management with specialization in sales and marketing

- 2-6 years of overall experience

- High on energy with positive outlook

- Team player with ability to network across the organization

Performance Measures:

- Number of activities complimented with leads generated.

- New Initiatives and their business impact.

- Upkeep and maintenance of the brand in local markets

Experience: 2 to 6 years of work experience in BTL / activation.

Proficiency in English complimented with local language will be beneficial.

Candidates should be preferably from BTL Activities Background which includes marketing activities/promotional activities/road shows/lead generation from FMCG/Consumer Durable/Event Management/Telecom/Pharma/Financial Sector/Ecommerce/Cabs sector

Note: Candidates need to Execute BTL Activities through road shows, marketing activities,

Generating Leads etc.

Compensation: The compensation package will include 2 components:

- Startup Salary (to cover your current expenses comfortably)

- Equity Shares/eSOPs
