Moby - Senior Manager - Ad Sales (5-8 yrs)
Experience :
4-6 years of Ad Sales experience in Radio/ TV or Digital Media.
Brand Solutions/ Direct Ad Sales role in leading Media organizations will be added advantage.
Job Description :
1) Candidate will be handling specific Ad Sales Vertical in assigned territory & generate Ad Sales lead to convert Revenue from Advertisers based out of DEL/NCR.
2) Good Presentation, Nego & Pitching skills, Consistent Proposal Follow up, After sales relationship management, Days Outstanding Collection, Repeat Business Pitches, New Idea Initiative & Execution.
Key Performance Indicators :
1) Monthly & Quarterly Ad Sales Revenue Target achievement
2) Brand Solutions Ideas for Specific Campaigns every Quarter
3) Client Retention & increase in revenue over last campaign
4) Reduce number of days outstanding with Timely collection
5) Client Relationship management & regular follow ups
6) Increase number of Advertisers in assigned Vertical & Territory
