Mobisy Technologies is looking to hire an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. Your key role will revolve around building and executing digital & inbound marketing campaigns & Account-Based Marketing programs to help with our global Go-To-Market strategy.

You will get to:

1) Build, optimize, and scale effective marketing campaigns to deliver on lead generation goals within allocated budgets

2) Identify and test new and innovative digital growth opportunities

3) Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing

4) Collaborate with designers & developers to architect compelling digital interactions that will resonate with prospects, customers, partners, and media

5) Develop and maintain a rigorous reporting approach to measure marketing attribution.

6) Help manage marketing technology stack.

7) Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms for dashboarding marketing activities.

8) Executing digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO/SEM, Blogs and Forums, Page optimizations, remarketing, calls-to-action, ABM campaigns and more for demand generation.

9) Analyze Web metrics like traffic, quality, conversion funnel, attribution and develop strategies to improve key metrics

10) Prepare performance reports and learning from each campaign

You must have:

1) A Bachelor's degree or equivalent

2) 2 - 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in optimizing search, social, outbound campaigns in a B2B organization

3) Software industry experience preferred

4) An Understanding of marketing automation platforms (Preferably Hubspot, Zoho or Pardot)

5) In-depth understanding of Ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Remarketing)

6) Hands-on experience of setting up Events & Goals in Google Analytics

7) Hands-on campaign management and email marketing experience

8) Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven attitude

9) Strong verbal and written communication skills

10) The ability to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
