- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who can thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. If you wish to learn startup workings, here is your chance.

- We are looking for kickass sales guys who are passionate about enterprise sales to scale the revolution we have started in Cloud SaaS Mobility called as Bizom (http://bizom.in)

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

Responsibilities:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Qualifications :

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.

- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Strong written communication skills.

- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
