Job description :

1. Bidding experience on freelancing portals majorly on Upwork, Guru and people per hour experience.

2. Ability to work independently.

3. Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile.

4. Prior experience of handling targets and work as an individual contributor in the team.

5. Ability to take international client calls over Skype or other available medium.

6. Knows ethical ways of bidding and proposal making as per requirement understanding

7. Manage sales pipeline.

8. Identify sales opportunities and create a sales strategy.

9. A candidate should have excellent communication skills and written skills.

10. Up to date with industry leading software and technologies.

11. The candidate must be familiar with technologies

12. Closing deals by client interaction and bidding.

13. Brainstorming new ideas to increase sales.

14. The candidate should know how to write proposals for projects.

15. Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

16. Preparing the documentation required for the business growth and systematic approach towards the achievement of the future goals.

17. Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
