Profile summary:

The Lead - Sales and Growth at Mobileware will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing the business plan, building the sales pipeline and meeting planned goals. The individual will be also be in charge of building and leading the sales team.

About the role:

- Drive the end-to-end Sales engine at Mobileware

- Understand the market landscape and identify the right opportunities for customer acquisitions

- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls

- Identify the needs of prospective customers and partner with internal stakeholders and product/tech teams to offer appropriate products/solutions

- Develop propositions and create a business case for prospective customers

- Work with internal teams and partners to design customer journeys and manage the transition throughout the onboarding process

- Build trusted, strategic relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges/opportunities to drive value

- Uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities

- Innovate and improvise on existing processes and plans

- Recruit employees for the team while ensuring smooth onboarding and assimilation into the culture of Mobileware

- Define team targets and drive the overall performance by ensuring periodic feedback and necessary learning support

What we expect:

- Candidates with an MBA/MMS/PGDM in Marketing

- 7 to 9 years- experience in Sales out of which at least 3-5 years- experience was in IT/ FinTech sales (B2B)

- Experience/Good knowledge of digital products (Banking) and experience in payment products (UPI/BBPS/IMPS)

- Has led teams and possesses great collaboration and leadership skills to work with stakeholders cross functionally

- High on initiative and integrity; and demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills

- Ability/Willingness to commute to BKC Annexe once the current scenario is over
