Profile summary :

- The Business Growth Specialist/Business Development Specialist/Executive Business Assistant role at Mobileware will serve as an air traffic controller for the leader and will act as an integrator connecting various distinct or inter-dependent work streams; as a communicator links the leadership team and the broader organization; acts as an effective solutions enabler and a candid observer when the leader needs a wide-ranging view without turf considerations; and as a confidant with an intent to make the leader more successful, productive and impactful, and projects a good image; with due consideration for the needs of the whole enterprise. As a representative voice of the senior leadership, the role requires a high level of humility, maturity, and situational sensitivity. This role will likely enable you to learn more, evolve more, contribute more, experience more, and thus reach higher-responsibilities sooner.

About the role :

- We are looking for a resourceful, flexible and enthusiastic individual; who is self-motivated, passionate, hardworking, talented, driven and a diligent support executive to assist and work directly with the Founder/CEO. This is a high-impact high-responsibility and a multi-tasking role; with responsibilities for coordinating across many areas of the business, assisting with high-focus projects, and facilitating important external and internal relationships. As the business grows, the challenges and impact of this role will grow. Organisation, communication and technical savviness, are key to this role. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be solution oriented, and possess abilities to communicate and coordinate for tracking actions across internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be exceptionally organised, with self-initiative for identifying, recording, prioritising, and accomplishing a wide variety of tasks; and have a zeal for managing systems, automating workflows, self-evaluation, and making systems more efficient over time.

Typical role responsibilities will be as follows :

- Assist senior leadership for strategy (and/or innovation) deployment, strategic initiatives, special projects, and support day to day business operations, in a most effective, efficient and flawless manner; and help prioritize their time and appointments

- Coordinate communications, schedule meetings, and manage workflows and track tasks across work streams; organize events/meetings and travels and support key business visitors

- Support internet-based research, on given topic, and scan industry happenings, so to keep abreast of industry dynamics at all times, and provide requisite assistance for preparation of working papers and reports, presentations, content development in various formats, and may provide literary inputs

- Collate information and prepare greatly engaging presentations, associated documentation, and summary sheets, as required for various stakeholder engagements

- Collate various reports, and review for analytics; prepare summary reports/presentations for stakeholders; and assist with presentations on behalf of the leadership

- Take notes during the meetings that the leader may assign to be attended and make sure that the action items from the meeting are followed-through for conclusion

- Act as a communication interface on leader's behalf, as may be assigned, and be able to communicate wants, needs, concerns, ideas with various functions in an effective and efficient way

- Manage confidential information with utmost care; and support document management

- Be demonstratively enthusiastic for any additional responsibilities/tasks, as may be assigned from time to time, with a zeal for multi-tasking

What we expect :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; specialization/post-graduation in management stream is preferred

- Typically, 3 to 5 years experience in management related roles

- Demonstrable technical savviness, with high aptitude to work with technology professionals

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact autonomously with internal and external stakeholder, demonstrate a high level of maturity in dealing with dynamic changes

- Experience in executive assistance, business development and/or projects/operations

- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across varying departments

- Detail-oriented and data-driven and well organized; and possesses an encouraging can-do attitude

- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills

- Business-minded, a strategic planner with a process orientation

- Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure

- Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective reports

- Self-motivated, self-sufficient, effective, versatile and action-oriented

- Proven creative thinker with strong business acuity

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
