At MobiGarage, our aim is to create a fundamentally disruptive value proposition for small and medium businesses/retailers/wholesalers in Mobile repair/refurbish and spares across India.

- MobiGarage is a profitable and pre-Series A funded startup led by SOSV (US based VC), Artesian (Australia based VC), IPV, Veda and leading HNIs.

Job Responsibilities : 

1. Building a profitable business in the respective area as per sales volumes targeted by the company

2. Creating a network of retailers and wholesalers in your respective area for mobile repair and spares category

3. Building robust sales pipeline and trade network for ensuring business growth in territory

4. Ensuring complete sales operations (starting from ordering, logistics, delivery) in a seamless manner as per agreed TAT for onboarded retailers and creating wow experiences

5. Key KPIs to be addressed 

a. No of retailers onboarded

b. Active and Meaningful active retailer (definitions as per sales department of the company

c. Order frequency of the retailer

d. Average order size of the retailer

e. Collection

f. Penetration of exclusive MobiGarage store

Functional competencies and desired profile :

1. Exceptional sales skills and relationship building in the market

2. Thorough understanding of trade-sales and network building

3. Quick learner to understand the nuances/insights of retail business in mobile phone repair and spares category. Understanding the needs and behavior of end customer, retailer, wholesaler or other stakeholders in the process

4. Street smart, Tech-savvy, local language proficiency

6. Proficient in MS excel

7. Must be comfortable in traveling all working days (self vehicle should be available)

8. 8-10 hour daily shift as per retail market operating hours in the respective territory

9. At Least 2-4 years of direct sales/trade sales experience in leading startups

Compensation : 

Between Rs. 15k-35k per month depending on experience and competencies. Conveyance reimbursements are extra as per company policy.
