Role &Responsibilities :
- Hire, Train an exceptionally focused team of A players (Expand to 18-20 People Sales Team by EOY)
- Manage, Motivate and Drive current team for optimum performance (Current Team - 5)
- End-End Sales Strategy
- Close Large Enterprise Deals
- Built Channel Partners - Globally (Middle East/South East Asia)
- Start & Nurture a community of CXO's(CHROS & CLO's)
Looking for candidates :
- Entrepreneurial
- Numbers Driven
- Strong Understanding of end-end Sales Funnel
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B - high ticket selling
- Experience in selling in International Markets would be a plus
