About the company: M M Castings is a medium sized enterprise and is India's leading manufacturer and supplier of high manganese steel and high chrome iron replacement parts for Stone Crushing, Mining, Quarrying, Aggregate and Shredding industries. We have been continually recognized by GOI's Engineering Export Promotion Council for our growing contribution to India's export performance. Situated 45 kms south of New Delhi, we have in-house facilities like pattern making, casting, finishing and machining to provide end-to-end solutions to our global customers.

We use a combination of SAP and in-house built dashboards to track our production workflow. We are looking to onboard a senior Marketing office coordinator who will report to the Directors and ensure that SAP reports and other dashboards are being utilized effectively.

Role responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 6 executives to set timelines, organize production schedules and ensure optimum utilization of production process and resources

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure daily monitoring of WIP movement across 7 stages; pre-plan to ensure that all prerequisites are in place for each stage

- Analyze incoming orders against existing stock to control incorrect production

- Use data analysis to plan and prioritize casting schedule based on client urgency and company capacity

- Identify achievable dispatch dates for each order and take end-to-end responsibility of ensuring that they are met

- Take ownership of new patterns and FPA (first piece approval) approval process

Skills required:

- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel

- Ability to proactively take ownership, to independently execute assigned tasks

- Prior leadership, stakeholder management and team coordination experience

- Ability to work in complex multi-stakeholder, multi-product, and multi-region scenarios

- Knowledge of systems and software like ERP (SAP preferred)
