MM Castings - Executive - Customer Support (0-15 yrs)

Role responsibilities :
- Track customer reporting requirements, and use vlookup and other excel functions to generate reports accordingly
- Track customer special requests and ensure that they are being followed by the PPC team
- Track and respond to all customer queries
Skills required :
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel (familiarity with vlookup, pivot table)
- Attention to detail (all work must be verified and double checked before sending)
- Ability to proactively take ownership, to independently execute assigned tasks
- Good communications skills
