Roles & Responsibility:-
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients, and explaining IT services for generating appointments.
- Generate leads/prospects over the phone
- Ability to develop & maintain a positive working relationship with the client
- Handling customers query, addressing the needs and solution.
- Coordinate Pre-Sales And Post-Sales Follow Up
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Completion Of Tasks As Per
