MissMalini - Community Moderator (3-5 yrs)
The candidate would be responsible for the following :
- Responsible for live chat moderation
- Monitor comment section and community feeds
- Immediately act on/ remove offensive content which may be in violation of community guidelines
- Moderate live video feed and escalate any incidents that violate the community guidelines
- Engage with a customer immediately for any concerns they may have
- Take each case to its appropriate closure
