A Business Development Executive with min. 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency targeting the US, Europe, and Canada as their target customers would have a range of responsibilities aimed at driving growth, building relationships, and expanding the agency's client base.

Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Identify and research potential clients in the US, Europe, and Canada.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, such as online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
Client Outreach and Engagement:
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce agency services and offerings.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities and value proposition.
Relationship Building:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Establish rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points to tailor solutions accordingly.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and present customized proposals outlining digital marketing strategies, services, and pricing.
- Negotiate terms, scope of work, and contracts with potential clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitive landscape to offer strategic insights to clients.
- Analyze target markets to identify growth opportunities and potential niches.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Liaise with internal teams (such as marketing, creative, and technical) to develop effective strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between business development and project execution teams.
Networking and Industry Engagement:

- Establish the agency's presence in the digital marketing community through thought leadership and contributions.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.
Client Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to implement changes and enhancements based on client input.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Contribute to the development of the agency's overall sales and business development strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales processes and tactics.

Requirements :
- Prior Experience in Digital Marketing (Search Engine Optimization) / Business Development Executive.
- Document all requests and comments made by clients to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions of client escalations/queries.
- Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, 'get things done attitude, especially when faced with difficult circumstances.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by company management.
- Good relationship-building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural).
- Sound computer skills, especially in the areas of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary actions required and always keeping the internal team updated.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with the client to manage performance objectives and, customer- expectations and assess customer needs on an ongoing basis.
