Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive/ Manager role in an IT company.

- Ensure all the process, policies related to Sales Management, Business Planning, Account Management and Partner operational related are adhered, in case of any deviation/observation ensure the same gets escalated to Zonal Ops Head and Business Functional Head and necessary decision/corrections are implemented for better outcome.

- Excellent experience in Business development, interaction with international clients, gathering and understanding their project requirement, carrying out the brainstorming session, drafting the proposal, proposing the suitable solution and making the presentation, negotiation with international client and close the sales of Digital Marketing Projects.

- Your job as a business development Executive/ Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

- Creativity with in sales techniques and marketing schemes.

- Apart from your own sales closures, you will also train and manage a team of Business Development

- Executives and help them with their closures as well.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must be a BE. (IT)/MCA/MBA (IT) or any other degree in IT

- 4 - 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing Services

- Very strong technical background

- Prepare database of customers with proper contact

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.

- An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

- Experience in writing Proposals, preparing presentation and giving demonstrations.

- Must be well versed with RFP/RFQ/RFI process.

- Should have the ability to convince the client.

- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

- Must be Presentable with excellent Communication

- Being enthusiastic, ambitious and confident

- Candidate must be from Delhi/NCR only
