MIRAS is in the business of helping people to build, strengthen & sweeten relationships and celebrate any & every occasion with a story of love affection & respect told on the cake customized by MIRAS artisans for the occasion. We love to design and make cakes to narrate the story of love, affection, friendship, respect, sentiment on the cake which our clients wish to communicate to their friends, family, loved ones.

What we do at MIRAS is a product of collective effort, imagination of our clients and creativity of our team. A theme, idea an image starts the process. Discussion on the cake design, color, figurine toppers, flavor and fillings, culminate into the final design specifications.

We at MIRAS also works with passionate Home Bakers to help them with best in class ingredients and Tools to give wings to their creativity and create magical cakes and desserts.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Explore the business opportunities from housing societies, events, corporates, bakeries, cafes, bulk orders etc.

- Quickly able to establish rapport with the key stakeholder like society management, corporate admin, event organizer etc.

- Generate new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales opportunities.

- Generate new leads through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.

- Build a good business funnel in order to achieve monthly /quarterly business goals.

- Keep adding/converting new housing societies, B2B customers and becoming their preferred partner.

- Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.

- Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.

- Who can take initiative, demonstrate personal leadership & the ability to function independently

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor Degree with 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, Client Facing Roles.

- Have a high level of ownership in getting the things done, coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
