About the Role : 

We are looking for a results-oriented team player to join our Mumbai Office as a Manager of Business Development. You will be responsible for driving Mintifi's strategic growth strategy, alongside CEO Anup Agarwal, through identifying and cultivating deep data- driven partnerships with a variety of corporate players across sectors and functions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years- experience, strong communication / project management skills, and look forward to a dynamic start-up environment.

Responsibilities :

- Working closely with CEO Mr.Anup Agarwal (previously MD Jeffries Investment Banking India) to execute on corporate partnerships

- Identifying & driving new opportunities for strategic products and partnerships across sectors

- Leveraging analytical thinking skills to determine potential for efficiency across loan process (from application to disbursal) and oversee implementation

- Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional team members and external partners

- Preparing and presenting corporate presentation to Corporate Clients.

Qualification : 

- Graduate Mandatory or MBA from a reputed TIER - 1 college

Skills : 

- Good Communication Skills

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Networking Skills

- Well versed with Excel, PowerPoint, Word

- Good typing speed (30 to 40 wpm)
