MindTraits - Executive - Tele-Sales/Marketing (1-2 yrs)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the marketing and sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. You will do cold calling industry mapping & research. You will need to do meeting with customers if Build relationships with prospective clients

- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

- Manage sales pipeline

- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages

- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

- You will be responsible for lead generation & on boarding of clients for our IT Product development services and solutions we provide.

- Reaching out to leads (via inbound and outbound channels)

- Present, promote and sell services of Mindtraits.

- Corporate sales by purchasing limited leads via online/offline sources. Generate new business and raise awareness about the company product and services.

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. Writing excels reports for the same.

- Forecasting sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies, models and evaluating their effectiveness.

- Explore customer leads through cold calling

- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales efforts with the dev-team

- Reports on customer needs, problem, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the sector

- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry

- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- CRM experience is preferred
