Willing to relocate to Kolkata - Inside Sales Executive (Europe Shift) - Kolkata

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, Pain points etc.

- Use an appropriate elevator pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account.

- Speedily go through gate keepers via relationship building skills, get a buy-in from multiple decision makers for an

audience within a sales representative.

- Ask the right questions on outsourcing landscape, uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities.

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory.

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

Skill sets

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- Proven inside sales experience of 2+ years

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Track record of over-achieving targets

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

- Willingness to work in Europe Time Zone
