Job Description Content Writing:

- Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales.

- Research and write original SEO-ready content for the company website, blogs, articles, publications, infographics, online communication, and content assets including case studies, emails, newsletters, social and more.

- Coming up with ideas and creating useful content which drives traffic

- Editorial requirements include basic knowledge of On-Page/ Off-Page SEO understanding, content categorization, and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.

- Systematically distribute content online to various parties (PR, discussion forums, bloggers, guest post websites and social channels, etc.)

- Grow our presence in relevant verticals through content co-promotion, syndication, etc. with trade publications and associations.

- Grow our reach to end audiences and improve engagement/conversion across channels (social, email, blog)

- Create the content our target audience is looking for

- Must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each, and why

- Repurpose and optimize existing content for digital channels.

Required Qualifications : 

- 0 to 5 years demonstrated experience in writing/editing/publishing corporate content specific for the web

- Highly creative writing skills with an ability to write original and interesting content

- Experience researching and reporting on relevant industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for new or improved SEO content.

- Must be able to write content optimized for SEO

- Demonstrated experience writing blog posts

- Ability to develop new topics, research, and find a unique spin on existing topics

- Background in search engine optimization is preferred but not necessary

- Experience with content management systems and a strong understanding of content workflows

- Understanding of SEO best practices.

- Understanding of best practices for promotion/sharing content through social media channels. Social experience for a B2B services company preferred.

- Experience using MS Office, Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, social media tracking software preferred

Job Description SEO Executive:

- Understanding web usability, business goal, target.

- Coordinate with the Team/business development team as and when required.

- Manage / Perform competition analysis to enhance rankings and organic traffic.

- SEO Audit, On-page & Off-page SEO

- Prepare and develop internal and external link-building strategies.

- Effectively use search engine tools like Advanced web ranking, SEMRush, etc. to identify and resolve technical issues

- Weekly Improvement/Performance Reports

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in SEO.

- Manage / Perform competition analysis to enhance rankings and organic traffic.

- Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools & Tag Manager.

- Good experience working on the latest technologies in the Market (Eg. AMP pages, Schemas, OG tags, Reach Snippets, etc.)

- Solid practical understanding of basic and advanced principles of SEO.

- Analyzing websites and social media pages, then making recommendations for improvement.

- Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
