Mindler Education - Executive - Inside Sales (1-2 yrs)
- Connecting with students and parents looking for Career development programs through calls, emails and chats to provide accurate, valid, complete and educative information to customers using the right methods, skills, and tools
- Act as the first point of contact resolution for customers and ensure the delivery of quality service by projecting a professional and warm image
- Contribute towards reaching the team revenue targets by fulfilling personal targets
- Share continuous feedback about lead quality with the Marketing team to optimize campaigns
- Help in training newly hired team members
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities during a conversation with potential leads
- Maintain regular contact with the program delivery team to support in session coordination if required
- Advance one's own professional and technical knowledge by reading industry publications and watching informational videos
- Connect with potential overseas, liberal arts, VIP leads and convert maximum numbers
- Updating all customer information on CRMs including Zoho CRM, Zoho desk and Counselor Dashboard
- Encourage customers to participate by giving feedback using the provided service quality tools
- Escalate customer issues that need intervention via the recommended channels
- Co-operate in completing any other tasks as assigned
Salary - 3-4 LPA plus Incentives
