Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for company through database, internet, search engines & other tools.

- Cold calling, cold emailing.

- Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.

- Experience with customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.

- Fixing appointments for need identification with clients followed by mailing them presentations.

- Deliver custom made solutions and sales presentations to clients

- Comfortable with CRM, Email marketing, Analytical tools.

- Find out ways to generate new leads.

- Maintaining the database of prospects of the company/organization.

- Be part of customer service and success as needed.

- Result driven mindset with attention to detail.

- Have willingness to be part of a Thriving Culture.

Desired Skills and Expertise

Skills Requirements/Expectations:

- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at CXO level in a customer organization

- Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills

- Past experience (If Any, as a Sales/Business Development Professional involved in Sales in any industry with proven track record).

- The role requires co-ordination with the leadership team and with Business & Marketing consultants.

- Achievement of Sales targets within stipulated expense / budgets

Candidate's Profile:

- Any Graduate/Post graduate/MBA. If graduated from IIT is an advantage.

- Experience in selling Services in past (If Any).

- Experience in selling Enterprise solutions is a benefit!!!

- Have done outbound calling.

- Experience with different lead generation modules/tools.

- Should have excellent communication skills (English, Hindi or any local language).

- Good computer knowledge, proficient in using Internet
