Milkyway Infotech - Content Writer (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Deliver accurate and high-quality documents on time
- Contribute to strategic initiatives around authoring environments, development processes
- Collaborate with the user experience team and write easy-to-understand user interface text and contextual help.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
- Work with product marketing and sales, develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle
- Ensuring all-around consistency on style, fonts, images, and tone. Updating website content as needed
Requirements :
- Excellent written skills in English
- Should be comfortable working in a dynamic and swiftly changing software development environment
- Should have a strong customer advocate mentality
- Should be able to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
