Milkbasket - City Manager - Sales & Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of target-oriented growth of the business (new customer acquisition) for the city
- Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns at a city level
- Identify opportunities of inorganic growth through partners/vendor acquisitions and drive end to end execution
- Build and maintain a network of reliable external agencies for ATL/ BTL activities
- Identify the areas/micro-markets and execute the launches for geographical expansion within the city
- Plan and maintain weekly/monthly marketing budget and own the marketing ROI
- Manage and oversee a team of business development managers/ executives for field executions
- Maintain an updated understanding of the competitive landscape
- Stakeholder management at the operations level to drive a healthy P&L for the city
Requirement
- Strong pedigree (IIT/MBA) with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in high ownership roles in a start-up / FMCG sales role
- Strong people management skills
- Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, Local language (preferred)
