Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving key metrics for Serviceability operations TAT
- Work cross functionally for the existing and new city expansion plan
- Lesioning with city SPOCs for new potential markets
- Work towards feature and new product adoption in Growth team
- Exploring growth opportunity to maximize revenue and daily orders
- Providing support to customer care in escalated situations
- Coordinating between various departments and stakeholders for product/process requirement
Experience : 2+ Years
Knowledge and Skills (Functional /Technical)
- Marketing/ Strategy/ Analytics/ City Operations
- Strong analytical skills with a strong hand on MS Excel
Leadership /Managerial Attributes :
- Stakeholder Management.
- Strong experience in managing teams of executives
Education : IIT/NIT or MBA graduate
Advance Excel is Mandatory
