You envision yourself as someone who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the academic and overall success of our students. The ideal candidate will have a track record of team leadership, effective communication, and strategic thinking, with a focus on enhancing student experiences and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership : Manage and lead a team of 10+ dedicated professionals in the Student Success department to provide exceptional support and guidance to students.

- Call Audits and Calibrations : Implement and oversee call audits, calibrations, and quality assessments to maintain high service standards and continuous improvement.

- Cross Selling : Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling additional educational services and products, contributing to student and company success.

- Communication and Leadership : Demonstrate excellent communication, team handling, and leadership skills to inspire and lead the Student Success team effectively.

- Strategic Thinking : Apply strategic thinking to enhance student engagement, retention, and academic progress.

- Data Mining : Utilize data mining techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in student support services.

The Godfather of Accountants

- Decision Making Skills : Make informed and timely decisions to address student needs and concerns.

- Candidates Escalation Handling : Effectively handle and resolve escalated student issues, ensuring a positive resolution.

- Attitude and Personality : Maintain a pleasant and assertive attitude while dealing with students and team members, fostering a supportive environment.

- Google Excel Knowledge : Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is a plus, facilitating data analysis and reporting.

- Virtual Team Management: Successfully manage teams in a virtual work environment, promoting collaboration and productivity.
