- Team Leadership : Manage and lead a team of 10+ dedicated professionals in the Student Success department to provide exceptional support and guidance to students.
- Call Audits and Calibrations : Implement and oversee call audits, calibrations, and quality assessments to maintain high service standards and continuous improvement.
- Cross Selling : Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling additional educational services and products, contributing to student and company success.
- Communication and Leadership : Demonstrate excellent communication, team handling, and leadership skills to inspire and lead the Student Success team effectively.
- Strategic Thinking : Apply strategic thinking to enhance student engagement, retention, and academic progress.
- Data Mining : Utilize data mining techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in student support services.
