Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To handle Inbound & Outbound calls of the students.
2. Must be comfortable making 100+ calls per day generating interest, qualifying prospects, and making new admissions.
3. Counsel students & working professionals for Finance Programs.
4. Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, walk-ins, chats and emails.
5. Rigorous follow-up of leads.
6. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student/ working professionals.
7. Delivery of Sales targets in a performance driven competitive environment.
Maintaining a detailed record of all the interaction
Candidate's Profile :
Must be B.COM/BBA/BA/PGDM/MBA
Good communication skills.
Convincing ability.
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM ( 1hr break), 6 Days (Monday week off) working from the office.
